Healthy Workplace Relations
The frequency of inappropriate behaviours in healthcare is an area of concern. Over the past year, the NHS has been involved in a study demonstrating that inappropriate behaviour can be reduced.
In January 2010 we will be implementing new programs, revised Workplace Relations and Violence Prevention policies, and a new Code of Conduct to support a healthier NHS.
